“We are writing in hopes of helping you make a difficult decision as to who should represent you in the sale of your home.  In March of 2012 we were in the same dilemma.  We interviewed two agents, and notwithstanding that the other agent was a close personal friend, we selected Nancy Troxell.  Here are our reasons, and how it worked out.

Nancy worked with us from the outset regarding the timing of our initial introduction to the market to maximize the participation by the agent caravan.  When she had our open house, she personally walked through with potential buyers to point out the positive aspects of the home, and assure they didn’t miss anything.  [Because we had other agent’s requests to show the house, Nancy revealed that her secondary motivation for walking through with everyone was to protect our home and its contents.  We really liked that.

During the course of the entire sale process, which luckily was just about a month before we accepted an offer, Nancy was readily available by phone or email, day or night, weekdays and weekends. Her marketing resources were extensive, and remarkably well-done.   She came to us immediately with information/questions concerning aspects of the sale, and even offered to have our pets at her home during a time when we couldn’t be there.  In other words, she went above and beyond what one would expect of a Real Estate Agent.  When issues arose regarding the Buyer’s agent and the Buyers, she didn’t give up in her efforts to obtain an outcome we desired.
